What we won't do
Fake or paid reviews. They're against Google's rules and can get your listing penalized.

Fair questions
Will this bring me more customers?
We can't promise that, and nobody honestly can. What we can do is make sure people who find you on Google see accurate information and recent reviews, which is the part you control.
Do I need to share my Google password?
No. You add us as a manager on your Business Profile, which takes a couple of minutes. You stay the owner and can remove us at any time.
Is a real person involved?
Yes. AI does the research, monitoring, and drafting, and the work is checked before anything is posted. A human owner runs the business and is available on Zoom.
What do you need from me?
Manager access to your listing, about 20 minutes in Month 1 to confirm hours and details, and some current photos. After that, very little.
How do I cancel?
Send us an email with 15 days' notice. There's no contract and no cancellation fee, and everything we set up stays yours.
What kinds of businesses?
Any small business with a location or service area: restaurants, cafés, shops, salons, trades, clinics. If customers find you on Google Maps, this applies.
